- Promotion depends on the child performance through the year in the tests and Terminal Examinations and not merely on marks scored in the final examination.
- Reports of weekly test and Terminal Examination are given in the pupils report cards. Parents or Guardians should sign them regularly and follow the Progress of the children.
- For Students who are absent for the test and Terminal Examination, no provision made for supplementary tests.
- Answer paper of the Final Examination will not under any circumstances be shown to the Parents.
- If a student remains absent for any Examination without proper Intimation from the parents in advance, a heavy penalty will be levied; it is obligatory for the parents to meet the Principal and inform the reason for the same.
